Let's Talk Business Etiquette with Lydia Ramsey!

A leader’s credibility relies on their ability to effectively communicate an organization’s mission as well as knowing how to be a facilitator of effective interdepartmental and/or external relations.  To accomplish this, a leader needs to have an understanding of how to structure a message which cultivates confidence, builds connections, and fosters acceptance.

This presentation will provide tools to teach leaders how to communicate and convey a message with a high standard of professionalism, as well as how to navigate routine business situations utilizing the finer points of business etiquette to build rapport and trust with both internal and external teams.

Lydia Ramsey is an international business etiquette and modern manners expert, keynote speaker, corporate trainer, executive coach and the author of several books, including Manners That Sell – Adding the Polish That Builds Profits and The Little Book of Table Manners85 Tips for Dining for Success. Her clients include corporations, small businesses, associations, non-profits, colleges and universities. She has presented her workshops and seminars locally, regionally, nationally and as far away as India and Dubai.

She has been quoted or featured in such national publications as the Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, Entrepreneur, Business Week, Forbes, Cosmopolitan, Men's Health, and Golf Digest. She has appeared on Fox News, CNN and NPR. The Wall Street Journal selected her DVD, Dining for Success, as one of the top four dining videos in the US. She is the business etiquette columnist for the Savannah Morning News.

Lydia firmly believes that business etiquette is not about the rules; it’s about the relationships.
